Section 63
Leave May Be Granted To Serve In National And International Organization Or Association
In cases where any civil employee applies for leave to serve in a national and international organization
or association and if there exists a sufficient ground that it will also be useful to the Government of Nepal if he or she is sent to so serve, the Government of Nepal may grant permission to the employee to go on leave and join such service on the conditions that such period of leave is to be deducted from the extra-ordinary leave obtainable by him or her pursuant to Rule 62, by making a bond with him or her to the effect that he or she will return to perform the civil service.
